K&N or Injen would be the way to go for the intake. Exhaust? Theres a lot of good choices. What kind of sound are you looking for? Deep tone or a rumble? Look at various youtube videos for your sound and then use a process of elimination.

Well if you want performance right away then TVS, enough said
On a serious note:
I would go with a smaller pulley probably a 2.8 or 2.7, ZZP 3inch Intake, Header & Catless Dp, Catback, Tune
Make sure if your not going TVS then you should stick with a 2.5 catback cause that will be fine for the above setup

For the Catback I would go with the ZZP Catback, quality and sound are great or the Corsa Touring if money isn't a issue.
I've never heard of the "Pace Steer" Header I think you ment Pacesetter
