LSJ alternator

hey guys i need an lsj alternator asap.i looked all over the classifieds but didnt see much, if anybody knows or has one please let me know! thanks!!!

are the alternators on 2.2s and 2.0s or 2.4s all the same?

no lol, are you going back to s/c? cause your gonna need all the brackets and crap if you do that. 2.2/2.4 spin the wrong way for the lsj s/c setup.

I got 1. It's used though. It should work. It's just been sitting in my basement. It came with my s/c kit I bought off someone used.

Just for reference you could use a 2.2 or 2.4 alternator. Unlike the LSJ one they will spin in either direction, that's why 2.2's and 2.4's don't technically need to swap alternators if going supercharged

^^true, however they use smaller belts, meaning most lsj owners would want to cut a rib off their belt to fit right. Also, there is a difference in amperage output with 2.2 and 2.4 alternators; not enough to make a noticeable difference I've heard, but it's something to think about.
