i have a LSJ oversized tensionor pulley, comes already bolted to the black thing...so u get the pulley and the pulley bracket, all u do is unbolt ur current one and bolt in the new one, bc of the size of it, the pulley does touch the top of the tensionor, so 3 of the teeth on the inside and half eaten away but thats the smallest they will get i ran with it for 3months...ate those teeth away in the first day, since than has been running fine...ill post pics later tonight...this worked fine on my 3" pulley...was literally hard to get the belt on, so it should work for a 2.8 easy, would be cheaper than buying a stgII belt
