Well, considering people put them after the TB, in intake manifolds, wherever else, I dont think it matters. Mine is right in the coupler before the TB, same with dads truck. I don't worry about it honestly.

Doubtful, as there is no crank damage, just the block. I'm 95% sure i'll be re-using the rotating assembly in a sleeved block at some point.
The pulley is just the ring, to fit the SFPHQ 4 bolt hub.
Don't have one in good shape I don't think anymore... The one that came off my car had a crack in it
