Take your car to the dealership that you got the Stage 2 installed at, show them the Stage 2 instructions where it shows how tight to put the bolts (if I remember right, it was around 18ft/lbs), and tell them they installed it wrong. They have to fix it since it is a GM warrantied item that they mis-installed.
*Edit*
Thats what I had to do for mine. They installed the bolts at like 130ft/lbs! Don't know how they didn't break them. They pulled them and installed my 2.9" for free, since it was their screw up.

Yea i need to. and its supost to be at 15lbs actually, which i gaurentee its waaaay over that considering an impact with a 3/8 inch drive couldnt get them loose after i heated them up with a torch, and then the adapter to get the bolts off broke in pieces..
15lbs! Yea, I couldn't remember if it was 15 or 18, so just said the higher. But I'm serious when I say that mine had over 130ft/lbs on them. My friend Josh and I actually took a torque wrench to it after we had tried for a half hour to get the sucker off.
