Okay, I think I'll join in...I have a Pontiac G5 base coupe, has what you guys call the LS spoiler...Anyone wanting to trade their Yellow SS/SC spoiler for an LS spoiler in Yellow???

 

I have a laser blue metallic ls spoiler and wanting a ss wing... if anyone has an 07 ss and wants to trade im in cincinnati area... also why does everyone want to trade trunk lids.. how hard is it to take a spoiler off?

not all that hard but its alot easier to trade lids... the spoilers are held on by bolts and glue so you would have to un bolt it, melt the glue, clean the mess (ss/sc spoiler has a bigger contact patch) trade spoilers reglue rebolt. Vs take off trunk and put other one on

you dont have to worry about that... as long as you swap key holes there is no difference to the car that you swapped trunks

 

oh alright, is it difficult to swap the key hole? is there adhesive at all or just bolted in with some weatherstripping or something?

I just traded my low pro SS wing to my brother for his wingless trunk. He doesnt have a remote trunk popper on his car but with his trunk lid mine still works. The box or whatever that pops the trunk with the key fob is located somewhere in the car, probably along with the keyless entry box. So it wont make a differance if the person u are trading doesnt have keyless entry, ures will still work. WIth that being said. I have a wingless black trunk lid for trade, I am looking for the SS/SC wing. Located in Fayetteville, NC.

Hi guys i have a 07 yellow trunk lid no holes...looking for ss/sc spoiler trade.

 

The popper may work but what about the key? If you don't switch out the key hole lock then your key is useless for the trunk and someone else has a key for it.
