OTC Scan tool---OBD2
I have a new 3409 OTC ScanPro. Its work on all OBD2 cars including CAN-based cars. IT'll read everything from 1996 to now. It will work on Cobalts and all GM cars with CAN.
It can read and erase all types of codes and show definitions of codes. View and graph live data stream. Freeze frame. Record, playback and graph data. It printer capable if you buy the printer for it.
Its about 3 months old and hasnt been used but maybe 2 times.
Here's a link to OTC's website. The 3499 scantool is just like mine, just mine wont read OBD1 cars. It might if you buy the cable...not 100% sure though
