This is my lower intake manifold that that has been internally ported and polished by me. It was welded back together by a professional welder, no warping was done to the manifold. I used this on my car for over a year without any problems. The ports were opened about 2-3 mm straight across, they were evened out as from the factory the core slots have a slight V to them. The inside was polished smooth, as before it was as rought as the outside. I didnt touch the actual ports that match up to the head, i was going to have someone professionally port match those to the head. So if your looking to do some custom work to your intake manifold, this is a great buy.
