i don't want to sound like an ass, but your prices for used parts are way too high. you can get a brand new K&N intake for $215. you want $200 for a used one. You want $500 for an exhaust that has 10k on it. i know it is an expensive exhaust new ($550-$600), but most people sell them for $300-$400 used depending on condition. just trying to give you an idea of what things have gone for, and to help you sell things quicker.
