****This is a test of the Emergency Traitor System. This is only a test. If this were a real emergency, you would see the thread starter selling all his parts off. Oh **** wait, this is a real freaking emergency! The **** has his the fan folks.****

You at least could have dyno'd that 300whp first! That's ok, I understand though.

Hmm so I guess this means you won't be at this track meet either?

You do know that the American Muscle world is STILL calling your name though right?

I understand if it's too much for you to handle though...lol

I"ll be there regardless of what i"m driving.... I"m juts pretty bummed out after the last few weeks... I"ve been absolutely swamped with work.... too many breaking for me to bear... and the bad thing is it seems like I"m the only one that works on this thing around here so I"ve been extremely busy and the lack of sleep is starting to get to me

ahh see now you're beginning to see. Everyone wondered why I didn't get an SS S/C and why I haven't "modded" the 2.4. Plain and simple, if I wanted something quick, I wouldn't have bought a cobalt, besides one quick toy in the driveway is good enough

whats sad here is... all the top Cobalts are bailing out. These cars are not what they were supposed to be and Chevy has dropped the ball on them. Makes me not want to own a Cobalt SS seeing all the top cars i see sell and get out. That tells u something right there. but im to deep into it.

but unfortunatly no-one wants to see that... but if you want to go ahead with it... you have my blessing I would love to see these things go reliably into the 12's but it just isn';t gonna happen without some major work and cash...
I too love the car... but it isn't what it was said to be... and it was too new that when I researched it most of the problems weren't evident yet... but now.. well that is a different story

Yep. these cars require Pistons. and with that needs heads, cams, axles, Driveshaft and a few otehr things. if u want to mod them have $10,000 in your pocket. thats how u do a Cobalt SS right
