Lol I just got mines as well. Looks complete to me. 1 spacer and 1 rack spacer. Shorter bolts. Looks 100% complete. Just throwing out this clarification for any confusion. Thanks to john himself

I have an LS with a F23, this is for a F35. If it fit, I would be on my car haha.
