Has everything on it still, minus the brake hardlines. If you still have yours, you can swap them over without any problems. No, it's not new, came off my 06 SS/SC at 32,xxx miles. I'll take some pictures if you want.

Axle is perfect, my hub swap to run 5x114.3 included an axle from the Time Attack car, so no need for the stock one.
