Someone rear ended me a couple of weeks back and messed up my rear lower lip by a chance anyone selling one on here, black will be preferable. In case someone totaled there car might be selling parts. Thanks

they hit you, you deal with THERE insurance, not yours.

 

As long as you were not the cause of the accident, provided it wasn't in a parking lot, your insurance will NEVER be effected!!

 

its going to be too late for him now. If its a few weeks back he would have needed there insurance info and called right away, or a police report. Now unless there was a camera where he was in the accident, there is no way from him to do insurance unless he goes through his own, which the deductible will be more then the rear lip and paint, and his insurance will go up

 

Oh well.... specks its a leasson learned the hard way for Mario... tough break there guy!!

thats only if it was hit and run. And time does matter there is still a certain amount of days you have to report it in. Check with your local police depatment but I think its 30 days for the hit and run

 

well it was my fault its been like 2 months, she rear ended my but i didnt call the cops (stupid) i got all her info she doesnt have insurance but she is willing to pay. So if i get my insurance involed will it go up.

 

i hate people who dont have insurance they need to get the **** off the road, was she mexican? i know most hispanics dont have insurance
