Okay everybody, first, if you have no intention toward purchasing the engine, don't post. It's called side-busting, and it's not allowed.

I agree with all of you, the price is insanely too high. And it makes for an easy target. No more posts after this unless you are asking sales related questions. Negotiating should be done via PM. Any other kind of post after this will be an infraction.

To the original poster:
If you seriously want to sell this engine, you need to open it up and verify that the can be rebuilt. Nobody is going to buy an engine core that they can not fix for any amount of money. And $2500 is honestly just rediculous, which is why this thread has the problems it does. You can buy a new engine for that much. In an unknown condition, it is honestly worth about $100. If you open it up, and verify that it can be rebuilt, then you can ask for around $1000.

you've got a busted motor man...you already paid for a new one...I think I know what you're trying to do...but parting it out...trying to make up the difference in what you paid for the motor and the install...but its not going to happen. I'll give you 150 since its got so many miles ( i'm talkin s/c alone ) and it isn't rebuilt...and I don't know the condition of it.

Not low balling you...just, tellin you how it is.
