But before you do, please be sure that you understand it only has one of the 2 mount bracket styles. Take a look at the picture and then at your valve cover. If your valve cover doesn't have the two holes that the early 08 has then you'll need to go to K&N and get the right mount bracket.
I don't want you to get this and not be able to bolt it on without knowing about it in advance, ok?

Headlights are not posted. Long gone. They weren't halos, no. The red part is just the shrouds. They were painted red.
