Is there a reason you want the sportlines over anything else? Because i was thinking that i wanted the sportlines when i was first looking into springs but then i did some reading and found that the b&g's and the tenzos where alot better. I went with the b&g's and it more of a drop and it a great ride so far.

springs

hey man whats up. well i chose the sportlines mostly just from info ive got from friends and what not, most of them said to use em....so you have the B&G's huh....how do you like them so far? i want a good drop with good ride quality. Another thing, is i jus dont want it to drop down so my tires tuck under the fenders, lol i dont want it slammed that much. any tips would help!

Like I have stated in the past. Theres ALOT of different springs for Cobalts. Sportlines are popular so alot of people will tell you to choose them, but Sportlines are also popular for a reason. They handle great, give a great ride due to their progressive spring design thats soft at first then stiffer as they compress, and Give a nice clean look to your car. There are springs that are lower, but going lower with just springs causes more wear and tear on shocks etc. Clunking noises have also been heard when making tight turns. If you want your car to be as low as humanly possible, yes theres B&G's and H&R's. If you are looking for best track performance, theres Pedders, but if you want the best overall spring that gives a great drop, great performance, has no issues, and gives you a good clean look to your car, I would recommend sportlines.

i love the ride i have them on both my girls and mine heres a pic of mine.
the sportlines are nice but they really dont drop it that much. And for the amount that i drop ours with the b&gs i took it to get an alignment and they pretty much told me that the alignment was perfect
