oh ok. why is that. Did you not like spec. I was actually looking in to a spec

 

i had problems with mine being defective plus i found several posts here about how it never engauges at a certain point its always random. my spec has totaly destroyed two slave cylanders. $160 ea down the drain because of a shitty clutch. do it rite and get a exedy. there the only ones ive seen around here that are even worth a damn.

 

apperently exedy doesn't make a clutch for the 2.2 ion. Figured they would be the same so I emailed exedy and asked if I bought a clutch for a cobalt would it fit on my Ion and they said "Thank you for your interest in Exedy products. They can not be swapped. This disc diameter and spline is different according to the information I have. The concentric slave cylinder is different as well." Any input from you people on this. thanks
