is the hub included?, are the injectors flowmatched?

It is the pulley with the hub ($90 on Smooth Flow site)...machined silver

I do not believe the injectors are flow matched.

Updated the post....also including used NGK plugs I took out.

Don't see it listed... does this come with a belt?

Or is that why the pulley is over-sized?

No belt needed, I used the factory belt. That is why the tensioner pulley is oversized.
