I wonder if that red Solstice one will fit.

Are the buttons hard to change over?

yes. Its the same wheel as the cobalt. as are the the other 2 I linked to. The switch backlighting will be red. Otherwise, its the same.

Malibu, G6 and Aura Steering wheels won't work. While they look similar, they are different.

you're welcome. the buttons aren't hard to change over. there is 1 reverse star screw holding the bezel on each size. remove the screw and the bezel will slide out. disconnect the harness connector and swap the assemblies.

Nice.

GM Parts direct has a new 07 SS S/C wheel for like 200. I might go for that Solstice wheel though, hopefully the buttons are plug and play so I don't have to swap anything.

theres a rewrap kit they sell as well for our wheels that is somewhere on here you can buy and take to an installer if thats a better option for you.

Exactly. And you wouldn't have to pay an installer to stitch and glue it on. Although, if you were to buy the wrap, you would have more choices and probably higher quality materials.
