what double din did u install? how was the install of it?

 

How does an iPod work the stock!? I bought my car with a shittttty aftermarket one in it

 

AVH-P4300DVD. The install went fine. Everything was just color to color.
There's a how to on how to add an aux port on these radios.

 

nice i was thinking of gettin the 8400 double din. was wondering if there were fitment issues. did you have to do any cutting? is there a secondary unit to the radio or just the radio its self?

No fitment issues, but it's really tight with my Axxess harness and HD Tuner.
I have a video bypass installed as well. Just did that last night.

No cutting needed, although if you did cut out the back plate, you'd have a hell of a lot more space for cramming **** in there, but I have my video bypass grounded to that.

I'm not sure what you mean as for the secondary unit?
I'm going to say it's just the radio itself.

 

the BH model and for secondary unit, i mean the brain as some ppl call it. its gotta be located some where like under a seat or in the trunk, thats grreat no fitment issues. thanks for answering my questions

Yeah, no fitment issues and no problem.

 

when i had my TV i put the brain under the panel that is under the steering wheel. velcro'd it to the supports and the plastic fit right back in place.

 

I dislike the brain. Ill just use an SD card and flash drives
