I haven't seen one good thing about it in months nor have I ever seen any have actual proof of gains. For the money you'll spend on that thing you could have a better part. Not bashing just helping you out. :/

Are you just sying that noone has ever backed up the "gains" with a dyno? Or have you heard something bad about it?

Just never heard really good evidence. For as many people that have bought them, no one ever actually said ya I gained power here or my dyno proves other wise.

I believe those were James and TTRs proclaimed gains. No proof was ever shown. You can go back to the threads and look.

I'm totally fine with trading bottom end torque for some topend hp I'm not planning on a huge turbo. I just think the stock one is really ugly and this TTR powder coated would really improve the look and the sensors also aren't right on the top

I had one and didn't really like the looks of it in person. Did absolutely nothing for me. Way too bulky IMHO. Got rid of it and a couple days later a thread pop up and multiple people had problems with them and it was if everyone was scared to say anything. New ones may be different idk, but I'm still on stock im and it flows perfectly fine.

Hell even if you plan on upgrading to a bigger than stock turbo, that's an extra $700 you could spend else where. Just doesn't add up to me really.

I completely understand where you are coming from. I was looking for a used one cause $700 is crazy to spend on an intake manifold IMO. I kind of like the look of them in the pictures but I've never seen one in person. I wish someone would post some dyne numbers before and after though. I wish it was like mandatory to post numbers wen selling a product like this

I recalibrated an HHR with this manifold and it's absolute garbage. So many leaking and fitment issues.

FWIW, it required extensive changes to achieve stock like driveability and it still felt like it lost so much responsiveness out of boost. Stay away.....

I have one I'd be willing to sell. I never had any issues with it. However on the other hand, the gains were minimal after a tune. PM me if you're interested. I'd let it go pretty cheap.

Mine doesn't leak, and it fits great. I get loads of compliments on it every time I open the hood. As for gains, it's hard to say because I installed the 20g, full exhaust, and ported head along with the manifold all at once. I'm satisfied with it because the car performs to my expectations.

The lnf intake flows pretty damn well as it is. With a small port I wouldn't doubt it flows better than that ttr POS.

James Rakes.... lul.

Care to share your flow numbers with us all then? We would all like to have those to do a quick comparison. If not, let's try to refrain from making baseless claims like yours.

He made a valid point. No datas. $600 may be better spend else where if you are on stock block/head imo. Now if you have ported head/cams you may see some benefits? I will find out at a future time.
