i possibly will have a garrett to4e turbo that is freshly rebuilt. it is still at the machine shop that is doing the work (new bearings). the guy i bought it from screwed me over with a junk turbo after the paypal dispute expired so I will probably have to jsut eat the cost of the repair also. pm me if your interested i may make you a really good deal. turbo only I also have an intercooler. I can route you to the rest of the setup to build your own if interested.
