You're not going to find one for that price thats good quality. That alone is a tad under the price for a good turbo.

 

^^Very true. The GT30's are around 1200 new. However if you can find a turbo that has had a long life you can generally get away with rebuilding it a lot cheaper than buying it new. Just takes some looking around.
