i want this so bad. quick question, with the 3.15 pulley do you need to use the stock supercharger belt, or does the stage 2 shortened belt work?

Honestly I have no idea. This blower was on my Regal (the blower was not modified in any way), I don't own a Cobalt. I'm sure by searching the board you can find out pretty quickly though.
Worst case scenario is that you need a new belt... they run somewhere around 20 bucks.

You must have a pretty conservative tune. I had belt slip with a 2.8 and 2.7 on my m62.

The only thing that he has more then the cooling mods in ur sig are meth too run higher timing. With the mods you have now you would be fine buying this and getting a tune

Yes you will be fine. TVS actually runs alot more efficient then the m62. It's actually common to see lower iat2's

Do you think I could run a 2.7 with only having 60's, Cause I know most people on this site run 80's with that low of a pulley.

I think that you would be fine, I haven't ever tested it, but I think it would be okay. That would be something to talk to your tuner about. I mean if anything you might spend like $20 getting 80's after you sell your 60's.

oh yeah forgot.. I have oversized tensioner... so oversized tensioner, stock belt, and 2.6/TVS

I was gonna say you either have to have oversized or a smaller belt. There is no way u had no belt slip with a 2.6 haha

I've seen these for sale for awhile now. What gives? Is everybody just hurting for money, or what?
