Vertical Doors INC Kit

Been ages since I've been on this forum, probly 2yrs or so. I found my old hinges in the basement with my car stuff.

They cost me $1400 or so back in 2008, and have done well for 2 summers. I took them off around September before cold weather, and put them on in the Spring in April

I painted them flat black, they have a bit of rust on the edges, but work fine. The left door is a little looser then the right, because it gets used more, but it still stays up fully when lifted all the way.

So you'll get the hinges, my old bolts that will still fit, the vertical inc manual, and my own detailed photos of the process.

I can accept Paypal and am thinking shippings > $100 because of the weight and size. So I'm asking either $600+shipping or $700 total.

Well, right now they're in the down/closed position. Knocking them the wrong way would result in the 750+lbs of pressure shooting the arm open. Seemed a bit safer

Having them locked down makes it alot easier to install and remove them also. The door itself must way 200lbs or so, so the lower you have to lift it to get it on the hinge, the better.

Well, I'm thinking shippings gonna be towards $100 bucks cause they weigh about 25lbs.

I can probably do $500 shipped and hopefully still come out with $400 or so in my pocket

I have paypal if anyones interested.

well I know with rx8's these look great but no one ever really wants these haha. It's just the way they seem to resell..I got a guy down to 200 shipped because no one wanted them ha. Not saying you have to..just saying. LMK if you go lower than $500, I will never pay that much for hinges; although I love these GLWS

free bump for nice hinges

*btw: do you have the hardware to go with these? they are longer than what comes on stock hinges

You don't need hardware, they just bolt on. I had bought a set but the "struts" were no good and I didn't realize til after I installed them. I ended up sending them back.

I asked and they all come with hardware (washers and bolts)..they are supposed to be able to sustain the hinges better than the OEM ones and are longer. Idk though, regardless I'd need this to be cheaper

Yeah, my first set was only $150 shipped, I just didn't want to deal with the endless issues they would cause as the struts were no good and he had jb-welded them in.
