Chrome pair for 140 i saw. Hoping 150 shipped.

 

Last used ones I saw here (black) they sold for 160$ shipped and had a few chips in the lens from rocks and normal wear but came with a HID kit. IMO 20$ more and brand new... if you're gonna throw money for new headlights at least do it the right way haha

those lights in the link are going to be just halogen. They wont be as bright as the HID lights you posted in the bottom link.

 

I have Gen 4's with 6000k Hids and I don't get any trouble from the Rochester police.

Honestly, if you're gonna get get 4's, get an HID kit, because it's pointless to run still run halogens. If you're gonna do that, save your money and just buy bulbs for your stockers.
