the maf sensor for a lsj is the same as all cobalts!!!

 

is it really? i never knew that. never had to replace one. where the cheapest i can pick one up? mines all dirty as **** from oil from blown turbo. can i clean it with something?

 

Id just buy a new one........ U can go to your local parts store and buy them from 35-80$ reman or new. I have a few at my house as my spares (FOR THE JUST IN CASE) LOL!!!

i just looked up the part number from the sensor in the pic. we only have a 1 bar map sensor good to 15psi? would it be better if i were to get a 2 bar or 3 bar map sensor for tuning wise being im shooting over 30lbs of boost? lol

 

No cause we tune off our manifold map, which is a 2.5 tmap (reads temp aswell)
I also have a 2bar map w/ harness, from zzp, also brand new lol, if you need it let me know, just sits in a box.

as long as the one i just bought from ya is exact same as stock ill be fine. its what im tuned for now. but it'll be going in when engine rebuild is done. just need a baro and a MAF now yay
