Wanted WTB Dejon Bypass Spring

Looking for a stiffer bypass spring for a stock turbo on an LNF. If anyone might have one of the old Dejon springs laying around, would love to try it.

I don't remember Dejon ever doing a bypass valve spring (I could be wrong), but I do remember they had the intake and charge pipes. I have the forge bypass valve and it came with a heavier spring. I have the heavier spring in my glove box. I don't know the ins and outs of it, but my tuner basically said that spring will never be needed with my stock turbo or my K04R. I would send it to you but I'm not home and wont be home for a few months. You could try contacting forge and see if you buy a heavier bypass valve spring from them.

The dejon spring was a heavier spring to put in the stock bypass valve on stock K04 turbo. I am having problems with the stock bypass valve intermittently, I am tuned for 24lb boost and think the higher boost is affecting the stock bypass, was wanting to try a heavier spring to see if it would help it close better. How is your Forge bypass working??? I have tried a Mamba bypass, and it worked fine for heavy boost, but during lower boost levels the bypass would stay closed causing turbo flutter, even when using their lightest spring.

I'm tuned the same way 23-25 psi on the K04R and still using the lightest spring in the forge. I've have the forge BPV for about 10 years. Never had any issues. I had it out of stock turbo in 2018 and put it in the K04R, and I think last time it was out was 2020 after my deployment. Lubed it up and put it back in. Before I had it my buddy Steve had it in his LNF for a couple years.
