Yea, agreed, i live on the small hill but i have to run the stop sign or i get stuck going up.. so i have to make sure no one is there before I go. Its a rural area so usually there is no one. but still..
I'm looking for a smaller rim, Blizzak's are expensive for 18"s.. Do you have pics tho? might use them to replace mine.. Ill have to see tho depending on with these snow tires set me back.
If there are local junk yards... get some steelies from something that has 5x110. I think the Malibu falls into that category. Check ebay too. You should be fine with a good All-Season tire too. No need to go full winter.
OK, ill see what members have available on here, then if i have to, ill get an all season.
If your gonna get tires for winter get winter snow tires. There is a big difference between an all season and winter snow tire. The whole compound of a snow tire is softer making it stay soft enough in the winter to maintain better traction. I will never not own a set of winter tires after feeling the difference they make over an all season. My winter tires are on their last season and I garuntee they still have more traction than a new all season tire. Our cars have alot of power and not much weight It doesn't take much to make the wheels spin.
Well they do have some curb rash (one of the wheels was on a flat tire, but its not bent) I'll get some pics up though! Are the wheel that are on your car now now in need of replacing?
no, they are just doing that paint pealing. was going to have one the sets powder-coated gunmetal.
