just to let u know gmpp is 2.25" and ark dts is 2.50" ............ i have the ark dts.......... its FU**IN SEX!

 

ehh the quarter inch is no big deal to me. I just got rid of my Hahn 3" for a cf hood cause it was too loud. I like the sound on the DT-S the best. GMPP isn't too ricey at all and gives good power I hear. I'll trade u everything for that DT-S haha

 

lol no deal................ fyi........ the DTS is nice deep and mellow at idel, and when ur taking it easy........ but the min u gas it hard, it screams its head off.......

 

now arent there two ark systems?? Isnt the dt-s the straight pipe one and then there is another one i forgot the name

the dts is the sexy normal looking deep sounding more expensive one....... the ark N2 is a fart can style thats slanted sideways, and higher pitch sounding...... also cheaper.

really, it comes down to what u like, i like deep sounding non fart can style exhaust. thats what i have the dts................. i'm gonna go out on a limb and say this is the best sounding exhaust i have herd on the ss/sc yet........ followed closely by the corsa.



ALSO........ the dts is far from quiet when u gas it hard......... its quite loud at WOT.......... if ur just ***** footing, than its pretty low

 

saunders any video that you have of this exhaust?? I used to have the corsa sport exhaust sexy ass sound from that just got old and i sold it

 

no videos as of right now, i had it installed about 2 weeks ago..... still getting broken in........ seams to be getting deeper and deeper..... lol .......... also, i'm job hunting, so everythin else has been put on the back burner. i'll pm you with a link when i do take a vid though.

 

I looked up some vids, from what I can hear the DT-S is the quieter one, more like a touring exhuast. and the N-2 seems to be loud but growly

well I'm sure it's not louder then the Hahn 3" I had at WOT.

 

if you go on arks wesbite they have videos of their exhaust.... this made me decide on why i want it

 

ya I've seen those thats why I wanted it too, but also the GMPP has good performance and is quiet in respect to these. I don't want anything to ricey, I like the sound of an enhance stock exhaust almost. Maybe I should just get a header and DP, but I think the muffler would be to constrictive
