Just installed a zzp catless dp yesterday with stock catback an the stock muffler sounds horrible to much popping an cracking (raspy) for me so I'm looking for a catback or muffler maybe a gmpp that don't sound like trash or one that dont sound like a honda

 

There is a muffler made by Aero called the turbine 3030 its designed for a diesel. Aero when out of business a few years ago you can find the muffler on ebay . Get an exhaust guy to put the 3030 where your stock resonator is and buy a spiral cut resonater 18" and put it right by the tip. I ran that exhaust for a long time still has some popping but a very deep tone. The turbine muffler actually creates a vacuum in your exhaust giving you better throttle response and is better for the turbo.

But you are right, you do want some back pressure.

 

i ran an aero turbine 2540i on my ca valier and a buddy ran one on his 02 civic si. both sounded amazing and deep. i noticed about 3mpg increase on highway with mine installed.

 

So you ran the turbine as your actual muffler?

 

yep had a resonator inline and rand the aero turbine as the muffler tip. the 2540i is designed that way its for imports and tuners and such not for diesels. i mean the aero turbine is a muffler.
