What are they going in? and what are you looking for?

 

Yeah, I guess that would probably help. I would like to stay with the black leather with the mesh inserts but might be open to others. I really don't know what else is available from the Cobalt.

A stray cat got into my garage and took a squirt in the driver seat of my 99SS. I really want to stay with an OEM type seat and really like the ones I saw in a black cobalt recently. I know they probably will not just bolt up but I have some fab skills and should be able to make it work.

The ones with a mesh insert are the racaros and the chance of finding one or even two is remote. The cobalt seat are held down with two inserts in the front that slide into the floor while the back is held down with two bolts, might not be very easing to make those slots for them to slide in for your application.

 

I probably wouldn't use the cobalt base. Who knows, I'd really have to take a close look to determine what way to mount them.
