"need"?... if you're talking about a 'balt i'm pretty sure there is little use for it ... and there isn't one specifically made for the balt for that matter

The front bumper is two peices the main bumper and what I called the front splitter. Its for cosmetice reasons and I would "like" to have one on my car. Thanks for "not" helping me at all.
