WTB GMPP Header
I have a ported LSJ manifold, which is at least as good, if not better than the GMPP, and it will cost you less as well.
I'll add a pic of the one I have for sale right now...
Its only painted to keep it clean, the paint won't last once its on the car. I've tried using high-temp paint, but it needs to be cured right away or it rubs off, so shipping it painted doesn't really work out.

The paint on mine is just generic paint and will come off, I just did it to keep it clean and nice looking. I've tried using high-temp paint, but I can't bake it on and it sits for too long before installing and starts to rub off, so I don't do it anymore. The stock manifold is heavy cast iron, it won't rust through like a thin header tube will, so its not really an issue. It also does a good job holding in the heat due to the material thickness as well, another reason why I like using a ported stock manifold, it is a good design to begin with, just needs a few casting flaws adjusted and a little porting work, and good to go. Still using one on my car with over 300whp.
They are all like that, I believe its for EGR on base models or something, not really sure, its just an opening in the casting. Every LSJ manifold i've seen has it, but there is nothing there other than that little opening, it isn't tapped for anything.
