I'm looking for the SS front bumper w/ or w/o the lip i dont care..

I can get one for 225.00 shipped, but it's only primered.. i'd like to see if i can find either a Black or Silver one before i go with the primered one, preferably within the PA, NY, NH, VA Range so i can pickup !!! i'm offering 250.00 and local pickup if in range...
