a used stage to kit is pointless most people want it to keep the warranty if the code is already used gm wont reflash your car

yeah unless you dont care about you warranty the go get 60s and a 2.8 pulley and a custom tune

how much money do you want to spend

i would get 60 lbs injectors, 2.7 pulley, new h/e, duel pass end plate, water meth injected, and a custom tune
