WTB: WINTER WHEELS and/or TIRES

I am looking for a set of wheels for the fast approaching winter here in the northeast. I have an 08 ss/TC and need wheels that will fit over my brakes. If they come with winter tires that's a plus. I am also interested in some winter tires that will fits over my stock 18's if I can't find somewhere wheels.
Thanks chris

Drag DR34's are also a cheap option. You can get them in 17" for about $105 each plus tires. My whole setup cost me about $900 from Discount Tire Direct. They fit without spacers too.

They seem like a good option and they don't look that bad either ill have to look into them. They definitely fit over the brake on the TC? w/o spacers?
