Is that wire harness for the 6 pin L61 to a 8 pin LE5? If so, would you separate it?

Also... if I have a 2.4 IM and a 2.4 TB already together, would I need this plate, where's it for?

You really don't need a tune. People think you do because they don't plug the extra vaccum port on the TB. I switch mine (tuned for the LSJ) to the stock TB every weekend for autox and the car doesn't even notice a difference. I also ran it without a tune for a few thousand miles with no problem.

The reason you need a tune is because your car will run lean, thus burning a butt load of gas

Nope. The throttle body scalar only affects the opening/closing rates depending on part throttle transitions, and has absolutely no affect on maf readings which would make the car run lean. My fuels trims were dead on when switching between the lsj/le5 throttle body's.

OK, maybe one of you can answer my question...I'm looking to buy this and the LSJ TB. I have the 2.4 IM on my car right now and I have my Injen CAI...the Injen is made to fit only the 2.2 and 2.4. What do I need to do with the intake to make it fit? Can I adapt it to fit or do I need to get a different intake?

This is my last mod planned (plus a re-tune) before I get my car on the dyno next month and see that the only way to have fun is SC...lol.

Please help me out here. Also, OP, I may be interested in picking this up from you. Is the adapter a 6-8 or 8-8? I need to look at my harness...can't remember what my 07 has for pins.

Thanks.

IIRC you 07 would be a 6 pin.

The Injen should slide right onto the LSJ TB, it isnt a huge difference.

That's some good news...currently high bidder on a decently priced LSJ TB on ebay...if I win that and if the OP's connector has the right pin count, I will probably pick this up this week as well.
