and yes the SRT did get pulled over but let off w/a warning. The cop was behinde us about 100ft or so??
He tryed to go after me but im just a lil smarter than the Srt guy.
The guy in the srt is actualy vary nice BTW we raced a few more times and from a roll he eats me alive he is about as fast as a stage 1 srt4.

 

Damn, not only did he lose, but he got embarrassed as well by the cops.

Glad he was let off with a warning though.

yeah me too. Hes a good friend to me now, I dint know him at that time.
Now iv been there for him through a cluch and a shifter assembly and 1 tire. Hes a real cool guy. I had to drive him home the night he blew the cluch out.

The GM performance site is listing an airbox upgrade. I'm assuming it's going to be basically a CAI but covered under warrenty.

you may have confused it w/mine. I did hit the limiter in 1st thats why he was ahead in 1st gear but i re-gained it into second. 1st is so short i was trying to run out of rubber but ran out of rpms instead , OOppsss Srry. LOL
I think the SS gearing is the same so they should agree??
But i like the questions from the srt side.

SRT driver can't drive worth ****, especially if you hit the rev limiter in 1st lol. Not to take anything away from ya but no run in of mine with a redline ended like that heh, plus now I have a little more wheel spin to deal with.

I did hit the rev limiter for a breif second ,but it was during spin so it worked out for the better tho. thanks for the input man, whatever you guys have to say id like to know so i can answere any ?'s for you. or so i can tell myside of the story
