1991 240sx SR20 project
Yeah its a steal, clean rust free stock ka's around here in ohio go for like 3-4k
Just mailed the turbo out, looks like theres gonna have to be more replaced then just a rebuild, its gonna be around 550 for everything. Still not too bad. If i had more cash (all tied up in the camaro) i would upgrade and put on a gt3071r, but i dont have 1300 bucks right now. Picking up the kirkey tonight and found a friend whos going to sell me seat rails for 10 bucks. Heading to summit to pickup an RJS Harness too. Budget building ftw.
Well I'm gonna focus on suspension and weight then later push the motor to 350 HP and see how well the 6 speed will take that, 350 is what i've heard that it will hold, but i've got the KA tranny i can use with the SR bell housing if it ever goes south
20 bucks for the seat and 10 for the sliders cant beat that, just took a couple hours of fabbing to mount the sliders. Works great. Although it needs a new cover. Also i picked up an RJS harness at summit the other day.

nice me and my buddy and building a KA24E motor and once we finish we will slap it on a coup.... we want to try to see if we can push a good amount of power out of the single cam... SO CHEAP lmao
Paint job will probably be purple again, but with a metallic flake i think. However it cost money, and im not worried about the paint at the moment. However i do love the jdm tails, and will be getting them, once i get some cash. Probably over the winter for spring.
Ended up ordering a new turbo, so i can hopefully have the car on the road this week so i can dyno saturday. Its just a cheap stock replacement, but itll last until winter hopefully longer. Ordered a front set of rims that will match the rear as close as possible. 60 bucks a rim on close out and looks very very close i couldnt pass it up. Ordered some 205/40/17 nankings that were 62 bucks a piece for all four tires. Not my ideal tire size or choice at all, but its better then tires with belts showing and wont hold air. Just waiting on the boost controller to come in, then all this and the car will be on the road.

Theyre pretty damn close and for the price, **** it. They will look a lot better then the haggard stock rims.

GT28RS, just need a few more fittings from summit tomorrow so i can attach the oil and water lines, and it will be time to fire her up. Boost controller and wideband are already in. Im HOPING to have it on the dyno saturday *fingers crossed*. Im hoping for 350-370 on 15psi. We shall see. I will be going bigger soon.

some much needed parts installed.
New intercooler and piping vs. old.

new rims to somewhat match the others.

uego and profec spec II

New turbo fittings will be in tomorrow, and new megan manifold wednesday. So it looks like ill be tearing the turbo off tomorrow. Should go a lot smoother this time since i know what im doing. Im hoping to have it pulling out by friday. The only things wrong with it was the exhaust leak (new manifold will fix that since the old ones shitty) and turbo oil fitting leaks (found an easier way to install and tighten the line so no leaks). Other then that the cars runs great.

haha thanks.
im hoping 350-375. FUUUUUUCK NO! buying a power fc and having bika tune it.
yeah i plan on it.
as of right now the car runs and everything works perfect. I took it out on the road monitoring the afr and its way too lean, i did hit full boost, wasnt smart but it worked out i guess. Only stayed on it for about 2 seconds, but holy **** i can tell this things quick. I ordered a FPR to install and hopefully i can crank up the fuel pressure to help richen it out till this winter when i buy a power fc. I know its just a bandaid fix, but im hoping itll work for now. If not no biggie, over the winter im picking up some 920cc injectors and a walbro 255 fuel pump. Also plan on repainting it in the spring. Its gonna be a little darker purple with some clear. Ill post up some new pics and an idle video soon.
