Another one bites the dust..... :(
thats the inside of the trunk.....
the car that rear ended me went under me....
the car that hit me.....
the car i was pushed into...
got rear ended when i tried to avoid the car in front of me... i got hit from the back and front.. i dunno if she totalled. if i hadnt gotten rear ended none of this woulda happened if people had been paying attention to where they were going.
RIP slobalt....

shouldn't be totaled, looks from the pictures.
Rear floor pan, tail panel, rear reinforcement bar, exhaust, rear bumper misc clips and fasteners.
Fender, headlight, front bumper misc clips fasteners.
Probably some setup and pull on the frame rack.

i hope she isnt totalled. looks to be mostly body work, and maybe replacing the trunk floor... hopefully the insurance companies see it that way and put the kid who hit me at fault.. nothing would have happened if he didnt hit me...

In any case, the car doesn't look like a write-off but it's going to depend on quotes on the body work/parts/paint. Do you have anti-depreciation protection on your insurance policy or no? As for the vehicle ahead of you there is a potential you could be charged with being too close even though you were pushed into it....it'll likely depend on how fast they determine the dumb dumb was that assended you.
Best of luck, hope everything works out .

If THAT much damage is visible in a couple of simple, unprofessional photos I'd be willing to bet there's enough there that you DON'T see to send it to salvage.
