I thought he got rear ended, and pushed into the car infront, maybe im wrong,

if you swerve into the next lane and get rear ended, its probably gonna turn out to be their fault unless you admit fault, or theirs evidence you made an unsafe lane change like if he hit you when you werent fully in the lane, but even then you could say you saw him coming and tried to get out of the lane at the last second, if you want to be dishonest

He said rearended AFTER trying to avoid a car in front of him. Idk what he meant by that for sure.
Seems to me that if he went into the next lane that there probably wasn't sufficient space to do so.

I'm just blown away that they valued it at 20k....

I tried to refinance my car last winter after owning it for 18 months, and it had like 18,000 miles on it. I couldn't refinance because the bank said it was worth 16k....

The car in front of me swerved to avoid a deer and went off the road to the outside of the corner, I went down to the oncoming lane to avoid him.
I was about to pass him and clear the incident when I was struck from behind and pushed into the car in front of me. I had 15 feet between me and the car in front of me at the time of impact. I had a safe distance between me and the car in front of me as it was not safe to stop in my lane and obstruct traffic. I went to safely pass at 15 mph and was struck from behind and was pushed into the lead car.

Any more questions?

My lawyer said I had no fault. Either the front or rear car was at fault.
