Busted Doing 144MPH
He was lucky in a few ways.
1.) The cop had no idea how fast he really was going.
2.) He did not wreck and kill himself.
However, this is a pure example of not thinking things through. Some people would say he would have no right to ask the cop questions but I think he could of got totally out of the ticket. Then again, I'm different then most people and have got out of my last 5 tickets.
If it was a off duty cop who realized how fast he was going and then called his buddy who was on duty, this ticket would not hold up in court. So many factors here. I don't even think the cop clocked him with any type of radar.
He is still a moron for driving like that on the highway.
