couple days ago saw it
i thought it was only for LE agencies
or even only outside of the states

Once they become used, they are available to anyone. However, that could be an undercover. taken to the extreme.

I remember the chevy dealer i worked at the Local PD ordered 3 of them, 1 v6 and 2 v8.
Even though, the v8 is a free upgrade. Anyway, they ended up trading the v6 in a year later.
It became available to anyone who had the money.

i was able to see to the inside (tints werent that dark) and no laptop inside or anything additional.
it does says Caprice in the back, thats why i was like wth?

Local LE has one. Maybe that color doesn't compliment it but the one they have looks pretty badass.

Yeah the gxp wasn't even going for that much new. Sadly, it's probably going to flop.
