They make way too much noise and I don't think my car likes them.

I get occasional sqeaking noise from the front when I back out of parking spot because the springs bind momentarily...other than that, I haven't had any problems...

What kinda noise are you getting?

 

Ones all over, clunking when I turn the wheel, now it's worse on the right side, and a constant sound every time I go over a bump or dip from the rear.

 

i know if you lightly sand something down it will make paint stick better, well i didnt sand them down and i was washing my car one day and the tint spray on the center ones came off lol, so all i gotta do is get some more and sand the center ones down some and spray it right back on haha

 

yea. i dont really care for only the brake lights tinted.

 

Wow...that sounds like something not right...try having it taken apart before you ditch them and see if anything else is causing this...maybe the struts themselves?

 

Yeah I think I might try to get a re-alignment and see what the deal is.

 

Spings don't have any moving parts so if you're hearing a lot of noise, they're most likely caused by the struts or the linkages...

 

Yeah but the place that did my alignment before...I think they somehow fucked it up I know that is the cause of the rear sounds for sure, but the fronts I don't know. I may throw stock ones back on, take it to the dealer and see if anything is broken and hopefully they replace it.

 

trust me it wasn't suppose to be like that, they were really tinted lol, but how do you go about wiring another brake light into the center ones on the trunk, anyone know how to do that?

 

have you had any other problems with you h&r's? like vibrations?

Vibrations?!? You need to check your CV joint...springs will not cause vibrations on their own...

 

i don't have these springs yet but i was looking to get them.. i heard that since they lowered the car so low it causes vibrations when accelerating

 

20 thousand miles...no problem here...even with 300+ whp thanks to Trifecta...

 

Rissa, have your steering column checked out. Supposedly they fixed them in the newer balts, but the older ones had a horrible issue with it. I have it too, and they told me it was due to my aftermarket axles and mounts... and to that i laughed and went on my way. Have yet to go to another dealer, but i am going to print the TSB out for them, because what i feel/hear is described exactly in the TSB.
