that's the bonneville salt flats car correct.. didnt it set some record in it's class ?

just moved to SLC and as soon as my car gets here (hopefully within 3 weeks), im going to the salt flats with a camera and fly around. i cant wait.

 

Yes that is the GM sponsored Salt flats car . Yes it did set records , I dont remember if they were official though . If I remember right , the Cobalt was not out yet when GM set the record . The cobalt would have had to of been in production for the record to official . I could be mistaken or confusing with another Ecotec powered car though .
