Yea she stopped and we exchanged info cop showed up did a report did not even give her a field sobriety test for whatever reason maybe because as soon as he showed up her whole mentality changed(she had no idea I called them), but she gave me false insurance information I'm really hoping this does not come out of my pocket.

Call the police and report her for it. If they came they should have all of her information on hand.

 

Yup...if you have a police report, you've got a good chance of having her pay for it. Even if she gave you false insurance info, the cop should have taken her info straight off her license, meaning you can track her down and slap the bitch if she don't pay up.

The false insurance info issue is exactly why you need to write down the info on the card yourself.

Call the police again and file a report about the false info. That brings her charges to a whole new level. That, and you may be able to get her real insurance info, if she even has insurance.
