Yeah, SRT-4s have always been that way. Stock crank rated (and also normally seen as actual dynoed) for the first year was 215 hp and 230tq. 2004 ans 2005s were 230hp and 250tq.
Another nice feature is the power curve. You crack 200wtq early, and hold power long.
