My parents hardly ever spanked me but if I got spanked I know I did something really bad. They usually did the think about it and sit in the corner type of thing 1st. Course there are kids that sitting in the corner just doesn't work on so you need to do some more.

Yeah the paddle used on me was an old fraternity paddle, not child abuse by a long shot but helped me get my **** together. If there are no consequeces, us dumb humans just keep making the same dumb ass mistakes
