external wastegate conversion hahn level 5 video 15psi DD tune
well i got it done at 4am last night and got a video today... boost is steady now. and i benefited greatly from the vent to air 38mm... you will notice in the video the car is very quite and has a cat, resonator, muffler all 3in but its quite till i romp on it. which i love so much for DD.
for those curious its a 38mm 8psi v-band clamp tial replica, and excepts tial springs and rebuild kits
hope you enjoy... sorry for the shitty film as i was driving and holding camera.
also you will notice by the afr i am going conservative for DD and timing is at 14-16 @ wot (for this tune)
and in all honesty i don't really feel comfortable driving it on high boost and making a video myself, sorry. i need a passenger

no those are mock up pics rotflol
you can see there is no fittings installed in the top of wastegate

and it is not finished being routed as i cut it shorter and it needs another piece of pipe welded to it to make it past the firewall but it is directed down and is temporary till mon

correction. by looking at the logs... it actually only spikes at 13.8 and settles to 13.2 psi boost the stock gauge has always been off, it shows 15 or a hair under...
for one thing i know im moving a hell of a lot more air, cause it is asking for as much fuel as when i had open dp... i had to richen it up .5 afr

it was always running fine, i just think it wouldnt hold boost on the dyno cause not enough load... thats what me, bucky the dyno tech, and hahn came to. they offered to try again but that was a hell of a drive for some more shitty numbers lol... im going to a dyno-jet with load control shortly...
